• Grease traps: generally these are segregated settlement tanks which are there to catch fats and oils and solids before they can go into a sewer or CWMS system. These are generally in commercial buildings for cooking, cleaning etc.
• Trade waste: trade wastes are essentially the same as grease traps, however they are usually installed in fish factories, car washes, or any other commercial business putting water down the sewer.
• Septic cleanout: SA Health recommend that general septics are de-sludged at a maximum of every 4 years and depending on the size and usage, eg whether you’re using toilet wipes or there are roots or fat in the system, they may have to be done more often.
• Grey water disposal: toilet block and caravan gray water holding tanks.
• Liquid transfers: transfers between dams or various tanks.
• Well and Bore cleanouts: Over the years, sludge builds up in the wells and bores, we have generally had a lot of success cleaning out wells of about 8-10 meters deep and bores to any depth.
• Pump pit cleanouts: general cleanout of sludge on cwms or any variation of pump pits.
• Pot holing for services: pot holing with non destructive digging, locating services for visual reference.
• Flood control: general shops and buildings and standing water.

• HME removal from maritime vessels eg. fertiliser ships: ships washing down their hulls between ports end up with hme (harmful to marine enviroment) water. Which we can remove while the vessel is unloading.
• Hydro Vac for services before you dig and trenching: hydrovac (non destructive digging) techniques involve using high pressure water to dig around services without damaging them. The mud is sucked back up into a vacuum truck and removed from site.
• Jetting pipelines, sewers and CWMS, 25 ml -800ml: jetting involves high volume high pressure water that is forced through a jetter head which sends the jetter up the pipe and drags it back slowly, which brings any foreign materials back to the entrance point, where it is sucked up by the vacuum truck. We have jetters ranging from 1/8th through to 3/4 size.

These systems involve all residential and commercial premises to have a septic to pre treat the waste before it enters the CWMS. SA Health mandate that these septics are cleaned on a 4 yearly basis. We have made it a specialty of our company services these systems and have ongoing contracts and work with many of the councils within South Australia.
